Registering for EASi in a state with Producer Certification Procedures:

Producers in jurisdictions with a Producer Certification procedure (see list below)
cannot use the online registration process to gain access to EASi — instead,
you must go through your Plan's Producer Certification process to obtain this
access. Please use the state links below to access the Certification Application(s)
for the designated certified state and follow the instructions on the certification
application. If you have further questions on certification contact the Plan office. Registering for EASi in a state without Producer Certification Procedures:

Producers in jurisdictions without Producer Certification procedures should read these Registration Instructions and then click on one of the links below to fill out a registration form.  Once the form has been completed and printed, it should be mailed or faxed to the Plan Office along with a copy of the producer's license.
